Polite and welcoming staff, and fab food!!!
Pleasant property, fairly clean, welcoming service and superb value. A neat and budget room provided with nice bed, good seaviews plus a lot thicker curtains as a 4. Satisfactory breakfast options. Magnificent and stunning location, minutes away from Venetian Waterway Gardens.

Fabulous dishes, very central location to the pier where the beach is amazing. Based next to many food shops and gifts, beautiful sandy beaches in the other direction and the sea front.

Stayed for 2 nights in this nice little and absolutely brilliant place, really enjoyed that. The staff were polite and welcoming, everything was good during our stay. The hotel was in a very central setting to piers etc.

Lovely and incredible breakfast with variety of options to choose from. Comfy bed in the newly renovated and great-sized room. Excellent very central location, short walk to pier and shops, restaurants, and the beach and Venetian walkway.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

I've stayed here before and had a great time, so recommend this hotel. Got an incredible breakfast included. The rooms were budget and brilliant and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was incredible and brilliant, on sea front, in the nice area. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

Unbeatable location close to town centre. Also - right by the pier where the beach is amazing as well as many food shops. Plenty of good food for meals.

The breakfast selection is gorgeous. The rooms are en suite and newly decorated, with a great-sized bathroom. The staff is very helpful. The location is magnificent, really close to the beach, Venetian walkway, the pier, and the seafront. It's good value for money.
